You have to inform us at your earliest (2-3 days from the order received date) to exchange your online purchase. Let us know the reason for the exchange.


If the exchanged item price is higher, that difference has to be paid by the customer.

If the exchanged item price is lower, that difference will simply be deducted in your next order.

The customer will have to bear the delivery charge for the exchange unless the product is incorrect, faulty or damaged.

Once the exchange has been processed our sales representatives will guide you through the process.



Exchange is not possible for sale or discounted items


If you wish to cancel your order you will have to inform us through the same platform or call us on our hotline +9471 864 2282 on the same day with your reference number. We are able to cancel your order anytime unless the product has been dispatched
